Are you telling me that Powhatan district Supervisor Jim Icenhour is running unopposed for re-election in October? Where the hell is the JCC Republican Party on this? Icenhour is a rabid party partisan that can be turned out by any respectable Republican candidate who runs a vigorous campaign. CARMA should be involved in this process, particularly since many of us live in Fords Colony and other Powhatan environs. First thing is we "do the math". Get the last election voting results and structure a strategy to get enough votes to get rid of this guy.
