W&M situation

I have come to the conclusion that the only way to get the W&M situation under control is to petition the Governor on behalf of the citizens of Virginia.  At this point, both Nichol and the Board of Visitors are part of the problem.  I do not know if it is possible to create some type of guardianship or receivership situation to control this mess, but I suspect that the lawyers and the politicians could certainly work something out.
